To get ingame support , you need to send a whisper message to Guide in game.
Change to Gerneral Chat Mode by clicking the General Button or pressing 'W' in chat window. To type the name "Guide" after a slash, then type your questions after a space character. Eg: /Guide I have a question?
Our In-game GM will replay your questions as soon as possible.
