There are several Merchants / Non-Playing Characters (NPCs) in the game that provide various services.
These include the following :

The Armory/Weapon Merchant mainly sells Weapons and Armors. This NPC also sells Town Portal Scrolls , some basic Skill Scrolls for Mages, Runes (for combinations) and Arrows for Archer. Besides selling and buying items, the armory is also used to combine items.
Talk with Weapon Merchant :
Click on Weapon Merchant and a dialog window appears.
Click on "Select a quest" if you want to implement a quest. Read more about Quests...
Click on "Open NPC window" if you want to buy, sell or combine items.
 
Buy & Sell with Weapon Merchant :
Click on "Open NPC window", then character's Inventory Window and Armory Window appear together.
If you want to buy items, click on the Tab "Buy & Sell" in Armory window. Select a item which you want to buy and left-click it. You can select more items by clicking left Tabs with armor, sword and scroll icon.
Then a confirmation window appears and click "ok" to buy. All armors and weapons that are bought from Weapon Merchant are "unidentified" items. They have to be identified at Identifier NPCs.
If you want to sell items, click on the Tab "Buy & Sell" in Armory window. Select a item which you want to sell in Inventory windows and left-click it to pick up. Move it to any box in Armory window and left-click again to put down. Then a confirmation window appears and click "ok" to sell.
Combine items :
If you want to combine items, click on the Tab "Combination" in Armory window. Read more about Combination...

The merchants are popularly known as the Potion merchant. The merchants sell HP (Health potions), MP (Mana potions), Shue Feed, Larcs, Shue Resurrection Potions.
Talk with Healer :
Click on Healer and a dialog window appears.

Click on "Open NPC window" if you want to buy potions.
Buy Potions :
Click on "Open NPC window", then character's Inventory Window and Healer Window appear together.
If you want to buy HP, MP or Shue Feed, click on the Tab "Potions" in Healer window. Select a type Potion which you want to buy and left-click it. A confirmation window appears, give the amount of potions which you want to buy and click "ok" to buy.
If you want to buy Larcs, Shue Resurrection or Feullmarr potions, click on the Tab "More Potions" in Healer window. Select a type potion which you want to buy and left-click it. A confirmation window appears and click "ok" to buy.

The Identifiers mainly sell Helmets, Pants, Gloves, Boots, Rings, Necklaces and Shues. Besides selling and buying items, they can identify any unidentified item in the players inventory, also can breed Super Shue.
Talk with Identifiers :
Click on Identifier and a dialog window appears.

Click on "Open NPC window" if you want to buy & sell items,identify item or breed Super Shue.
Buy & Sell with Identifier :
Click on "Open NPC window", then character's Inventory Window and Identifier Window appear together.
If you want to buy items, click on the Tab "Buy & Sell" in Identifier window. Select a item which you want to buy and left-click it. A comfirm window appears and click "ok" to buy. You can select more items by clicking left Tabs with armor, shue egg and scroll icon.
If you want to sell items, click on the Tab "Buy & Sell" in Identifier window. Select a item which you want to sell in Inventory windows and left-click it to pick up. Move it to any box in Identifier window and left-click again to put down. Then a confirmation window appears and click "ok" to sell.
Identify items :
If you want to identify items, click on the Tab "Buy & Sell" in Identifier window. By clicking "Identify Item" or "Identify All Items" in bottom of window, identifies any unidentified item in the players inventory.
Breed Shue :
If you want to breed Super Shue, click on the Tab "Breed Shue" in Identifier window.
Place two Level 100 Shues in the right slots in Breed Shue window and click "OK". The properties will be merged and a new "Super Shue" will be created with an option for critical attack. You can merge two different class Shues, eg a Warrior Shue and Mage Shue. Resultant Shue will be of the class of the Shue in bottom slot. Read more about Shue...

Each town has a Teleporter or Warp NPC. By paying a fee, players can be directly transferred to the map of their choice. The fee is calculated depending on the characters level.
Fee = (Level * 50) + 200 Woonz (Woonz is the currency in game)
Step 1 : Click on the NPC and select "Open NPC window".
 
Step 2 : A list of available maps will appear. Select a destination.
Step 3 : A confirmation window will appear which also states the Woonz(WZ) chargeable for the teleport service. Click "OK" to teleport.

Each town has a storehouse. You can use your own personal storage to store Items and deposit Money(Woonz).
Talk with Storage Manager :
Click on Storage Manager and a dialog window appears.

Click on "Open NPC window" if you want to store items or deposit Money.
Store items & deposit Money:
Click on "Open NPC window", then player enter a storeroom. There is two Storage Boxs at corner of the room and click any one. character's Inventory Window and Storage Window appear together.
 
If you want to store items, click on the Tab "Item" in Storage window. Select an item which you want to store in Inventory Window and left-click it to pick up. Move the item to any slot in Storage Window and left-click again to put down. Each time you use the storage to take out or put in an item you are charged 500 WZ.
If you want to deposit Money(Woonz), click on the Tab "WZ" in Storage window. Then click "Deposit" in WZ window and a confirmation window appears. Enter amount which you want to deposit and click "OK" to deposit.
 
If you want to take out Money(Woonz), click "Withdraw".

Once you become the winner of the in-game Knighthood tournament as the overall Sovereign, ownership of the castle will belong to you along with Tax collected in the nation. The Castle Keeper allows access into the Castle and is also the person to receive the taxes collected.

The Arena Managers basically allow player to access the in-game PK Arena.
An arena where you can create maps to PK with other players, without the penalties of death or parole time, which there will otherwise be, should you PK out of arena. Arena Managers of both towns will bring you to the same Arena no matter which town you are accessing from. The Arena Manager also refreshes players HP/MP when player leave the arena.
